We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for a refund or exchange.

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

Within 15 days of original purchase, lenoradame.com will accept returns or exchanges of unworn or defective merchandise for a full refund. Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be made in the form of the original payment.

After 15 days of original purchase, lenoradame.com will make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit for the price at the time of sale (with original receipt) or for the current selling price (without original receipt).

You can return the item to the address below using any traceable method. Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange or refund it as you instruct. There is no additional shipping and handling charges on exchanges, we simply ask that you pay for the return postage.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

We use UPS for delivery and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses or PO boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery. We offer Ground, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air.
