How do I track my order?
You'll receive a confirmation email, then a second email with tracking information and a real-time link. Please allow 24 hours after receiving the tracking number for updates to appear.
When will my order be shipped?
All items are handmade to order in our studio in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania. Orders ship within 5–7 business days of purchase. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking. We don't ship on weekends or nationally observed US holidays.
Can I cancel or change my order before it ships?
We start fulfilling orders as soon as we receive them, so we're unable to accept changes once an order has been placed.
How will my package be shipped?
We use USPS for domestic standard shipping, and USPS First Class International for international orders (free standard shipping doesn't apply internationally — see rates above). Lenora Dame is not responsible for customs fees, taxes, duties or tariffs on international orders.
My tracking says my order is being returned to sender. What can I do?
If your order was undeliverable and is being returned to us, we can reship it to the same or an alternate address for a second shipping fee. Contact us and we'll help.
My package is marked "delivered" but I can't find it.

- Check again by the end of the next day
