Many of our pieces started as a conversation — a customer with a colour in mind, a piece they wanted reimagined, an idea they couldn't quite find elsewhere. Our team of designers will guide you through the process and refine the details until it's exactly right.

Step 1: Let's Talk

Tell us about your vision below — upload a photo of your inspiration if you have one. One of our designers will follow up by email to talk through colour, shape, style, budget and timeline.

Please note: custom designs are not eligible for promotional sales. Custom orders are available as time allows. During especially busy periods, availability may be limited. Custom pieces are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Step 2: See It Come to Life

Your designer will create a sample and share a photo by email, guiding you through each step. We won't stop refining until you're happy with it.

Step 3: Show It to the World

Receive your custom design and wear it knowing it was handcrafted in the USA — a collaboration between you and a Lenora Dame designer.
