All orders are made and shipped from our creative studio in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania U.S.A. located near Philadelphia

All items are made to order right here in our Phoenixville studio. Orders are created and shipped within 5-7 business days after placing an order. We make every attempt to get your items to you as quickly as possible since we know you are excited for your new LD pieces!

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number via email to the address you provided. You can follow your package's journey using this tracking number.

We would love to get your items to you as quickly as possible by offering expedited shipping at an additional fee. Please contact us at sales@lenoradame.com to discuss expedited shipping options.

Lenora Dame designs are loved by our customers all over the world! International rates for orders are automatically calculated for you at check out. Please note that we do not collect VAT/customs/import fees levied by the home country of overseas customers. The customer is responsible to pay these fees should they be required upon delivery of the order.

Our designs make unique handmade gifts that can be shipped domestically and internationally! All you have to do is use the gift option on the order form, leave a note for the recipient, provide us with their shipping address and leave the rest to us! 

Of course you can! If something in your order didn’t work out, we’d like to make it right with a refund or exchange. Contact us at sales@lenoradame.com to start the exchange process or simply ship the items to us. A refund will be given in the same form in which you paid once the item is received. Our designs are mostly in gold tones, however we do have a limited selection of silver tone materials and findings that can be used for custom orders. Please visit our custom order section to make a request.

Almost all of our items contain nickel with the exception of our earring wires which are gold-plated, nickel free. 

At this time we do not offer gift cards but we are working on it! 

At this time we are not capable of collecting VAT and other customs/duties/import fees levied by the home country of the overseas customer. Overseas customers are responsible for these fees should they be asked to pay them upon receipt of the order.
